Job Function: Commercial Lines Manager responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations and mentoring of the UW I through Executive UWs, as well as UW Lead and Supervisor positions within the department. Additionally will underwrite Major Accounts (>$250,000 premium per line of business) on an as needed basis. Goals for the Next Gen Program: As a participant of the Next Gen Program Lance hopes to build long-standing relationships with participants from the various different group companies for two main reasons. First, to better establish FICOH as a one-stop shop by being able to leverage contacts throughout Tokio Marine. Secondly, and more importantly, with a goal of continuously learning, Lance would like to make connections with people that he can learn from whether it is on a professional or a personal level. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Lance was am born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. He is married with two kids, one girl (9) and one boy (7). In Lance’s free time, he loves being outdoors as well as Golf, running, camping, photography, and keeping up with the kids’ activities. A fun fact about Lance is that he has never left the US. Lance has traveled as far as New York and Florida, but has never left the country.

Currently they are 17 and 14, and Rachel feels blessed because I have yet to experience the “rotten teenage years.” They are incredible kids. 3) Rachel and her husband will celebrate our 20 th anniversary in June of 2021. 4) Rachel’s favorite hobby is that she does together as a family. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Brian R. Himmer joined PHLY in 2006 as an Underwriting Trainee in the Sports and Recreation Division. Prior to joining PHLY, Brian participated in the American Re internship program in Princeton, NJ and was placed in their treaty reinsurance accounting department. In 2013 he was promoted to Underwriting Supervisor and assumed management of multiple sports and fitness products. He was promoted to Product Manager in 2014, Assistant Vice President in 2017 and is responsible for over $250M of premium. Brian received a BS in Marketing from Salisbury University where he also studied one semester at the renowned Grenoble Ecole de Management, located in Grenoble, France. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, particularly at the beach in addition to playing basketball and lacrosse in his free time.

Goals for the Next Gen Program: Vincent is so excited to be participating in the Next Gen Leadership Program. Job Function: Capron's audit team is responsible for conducting regular, independent, risk-based audits for our underwriting organization. Capron supports Underwriting in establishing guidelines and standards and monitoring their interpretation and use in the field. Capron oversees corporate controls such as authority administration and is responsible for ensuring compliance in UW selection and rating. In addition, Capron's team serves as first response with external audits, including reinsurance audits, Tokio Marine assessments, and market conduct exams as they relate to the underwriting department. Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Through the Next Gen program Capron hopes to gain a better understanding of the corporate structure and philosophy of Tokio Marine which may help her gain more cross-functional knowledge and perspective. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Capron lives in Manhattan with her husband and two kids (ages 8 and 10). Capron is an avid home cook and baker with a special penchant for hiding vegetables and fruit in baked goods much to the chagrin her unsuspecting family members! Capron is a longtime member of the NY Road Runners, passing many weekends racing (for fun) in Central Park and the streets of NYC. Capron has two NYC marathons under her belt and is hoping for a third in 2021. Capron's philanthropic pursuits include taking the stage as a sometimes-leading player in the Blue Hill Troupe, a Light Opera company that produces musicals and British light opera to support NYC charities. Capron is an active fundraiser for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center raising money for pediatric cancer research as team leader for Levine’s Machines.

Job Function: As a Regional Sales Director, Shawn is responsible for sales and retention for all of the Reliance Standard products in Southern California, Southern Nevada and Hawaii territories. In addition to sales, Shawn’s responsibilities include hiring and developing a robust sales team, working effectively with his service counterparts and creating a positive environment in the Pasadena and Mission Viejo offices. Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Shawn’s goals through the Next Gen program are to build new relationships and grow existing relationships within RSL and all of the Tokio Marine family companies. The Next Gen program provides a unique opportunity to interact with our counterparts within the TM group companies and develop our interpersonal skills. Shawn hopes to use those skills and relationships to become a better manager and ultimately guide his career at RSL. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Shawn currently resides in Orange County, California, where he lives with my wife Alexis, two children Matthew (7), Chloe (9), and Springer Spaniel Dog Panda (13). Over the past three years, he has spent the majority of time building out risk management programs and structures. The first year of his tenure he took a Model Governance “policy” and evolved it into an industry-standard Model Governance program. His second year of tenure saw him take the existing Vendor Governance policy and use this as the foundation to roll-out and execute a robust vendor governance framework including the conceptualization of new processes and the use of updated technologies. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Tracey has been with RSLI for 19 years and has been very lucky to work with so many different departments and even oversee a claims team at one of our other companies, Matrix, for about three years. On a personal note, Tracey and her husband Edward have a beautiful baby girl named Camryn (18 months), and a wonderful dog named Emma who is almost 12. They love being at the beach or in a pool as much as we can and love going to concerts. Being from Philly, I am a huge sports fan but the Phillies and Eagles are my go to.

Job Function: Stephen currently manages the Southern, Western and Central Regions in Global Business Underwriting, which focuses on providing insurance solutions for global clients of Tokio Marine. A significant portion of his responsibilities includes managing an Underwriting team in Plano, TX dedicated to the Toyota Casualty program in the U.S. This role requires routine collaboration and relationship building with the Toyota Risk Management team as Toyota transitions from vehicle manufacturing to becoming a multi-faceted mobility provider. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Stephen is a first generation American and was born in Chicago where he lived until moving to Texas 4 years ago. Stephen and his wife and I have been married 25 years and his family consists of four children between 17 and 22 and we also have two dogs. Stephen and his wife are currently focused on transitioning their kids to their next phase, whether launching a career or preparing for college. They very much enjoy taking family vacations, especially to Europe where they have many relatives. Their trips included visits to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Japan. Stephen and his wife also enjoy spending time outdoors and have memberships with the Chicago and Dallas Botanic Gardens. They also appreciate good wines and are members at a local winery in North Texas. They most definitely enjoyed their visit to Tuscany two years ago and are already planning their first post COVID trip!
