Job Function: Responsible for leading WNC’s distribution strategy and delivering a common digital experience to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitable growth. Building a strategy which will enable WNC to leverage digital end-to-end platforms to onboard new products and divisions for future growth opportunities.

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program:

 Creating meaningful relationships across the group companies through the people in our program



Developing into a better manager

 Refining and improving personal management style to become a better leader for the organization  Executing on the CSR project to further define what it means to be a “Good Company”  Learning more about all the Group Companies and what the long-term strategy for the organization is
