Job Function: VP, Large Commercial Property (LCP) at TMA. Michael is responsible for strategic and operational underwriting nationally which includes portfolio management and the management of a team of 4 underwriters and a UA.

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Michael's overriding goal is to use the NextGen program to grow professionally and personally as well as to gain a better understanding of the different group companies outside of TMA. Michael also sees this as an excellent opportunity to meet the other leaders under the Tokio Marine Holdings umbrella. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Michael genuinely enjoys being outdoors as much as possible (which is a challenge living in NYC). Michael is also an avid reader of all genres and of course enjoys movies and TV shows and listening to a rotating library of about 20 podcasts. Michael grew up about 35 miles south of Boston, MA and moved to New York City in 2006. Michael has been working as an underwriter for large commercial property (international & domestic exposures) for 15 years primarily in New York, NY. Michael has been at Tokio Marine for almost 5 years.
