Job Function: Business Continuity Management. This includes Crisis Management, Emergency Management, IT Disaster Recovery, Contingency Planning, and Business Continuity. Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: 1.) Build networking opportunities with TM colleagues 2.) Listen & learn about leadership techniques that he can apply to my role 3.) Work with his Caliper coach to improve his weaknesses Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Drew worked in both the private and public sectors to include consulting projects in Washington D.C., the military, FEMA, and different companies. Drew’s background experience is in business continuity, emergency management, and meteorology. Drew started his career at TMNAS in August, 2014 as the only business continuity management team member. Drew’s hobbies include travelling to over 25 different countries (during the non-COVID timeframe), following the Philadelphia Flyers and playing XBOX. Drew also enjoys watching the Andy Griffith Show episodes over and over.
