Job Function: Maria Clara is a people manager and responsible for : Strategic and IT PMO (Project Management Office) / Business Process Improvement that supports areas for process improvement & RPA/ Ombudsman (Monitor Customer and Broke Satisfaction rate) / Sales administration (Broker Registration and commission payment). Specially this year Maria Clara has had a big challenge and development opportunity by being responsible for the management of New JV entire project with Caixa Bank. Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Individual development with the coach program focusing on items that are important for her personal development and contributes to my professional development Get more involved to Inclusion Leadership (she is already part of TMSR Culture Group and Diversity Group, but she also believes that listening different opinions and point of view also support to give us Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Maria Clara graduated in Computer Science at USP, MBA Business Strategy at FGV/SP and Extended MBA in California at UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) Maria Clara has been working for TMSR for 22 years. Maria Clara is divorced and have a daughter Luiza (she is 15 years old) and a nephew Alessandro (he is 25 years old), he is like a son to Maria Clara. They are her family. Maria Clara’s hobbies are travelling, ride a bike, listen to music and cook. But this year with pandemic, Maria Clara and her family developed new ones : Netflix and also playing Beach Tennis. ideas about how to be more inclusive (starting from me and impacting her team) Opportunity to develop a CSR project and to expand her network among other GCs
