This includes taking both companies through an HR digital transformation and developing and maintaining a sustainable and measurable Total Rewards Strategy.

Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Shera is the mother of three school aged children and one senior Dachshund that is 15 years young. Shera’s hobbies include competitive powerlifting, which she began in 2015, a passion for reading, and lots and lots of craft projects with her kids. When the mood strikes, she has been known to refinish furniture, reupholster chairs, and dabble in some jewelry making. Shera likes to keep busy being creative and reimagining a new purpose for old things.
