Job Function: General management and oversight of PURE’s Member Services team and Underwriting Services teams.

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: As a member of the Next Gen program, Gil is hoping to take back to PURE new and innovative insights to create synergy between PURE and other sister companies. Understanding how PURE fits into the ecosystem and make Tokio Marine a stronger organization is such an exciting aspect of this program. Gil is also equally excited to engage in CSR initiatives as well as building on ways to make PURE a more diverse and inclusive company! Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Gil grew up here in Arizona, and graduated from the University of Arizona (Go wildcats!) Gil loves to travel, read, watch movies, and hang out with friends. Anyone who knows Gil knows that he loves poker and loves to spend time at the tables playing cards.
