Job Function: Tracey oversees the Claims Services unit for RSL which includes Vendor Management, Settlements, Social Security, Claims Benefit Specialist and Technology (Claims systems).

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Goals of Tracey’s for the Next Generation program are to increase her influence across the organization, grow in her leadership and the development of her team and working on slowing down and creating a more balanced work life relationship. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Tracey has been with RSLI for 19 years and has been very lucky to work with so many different departments and even oversee a claims team at one of our other companies, Matrix, for about three years. On a personal note, Tracey and her husband Edward have a beautiful baby girl named Camryn (18 months), and a wonderful dog named Emma who is almost 12. They love being at the beach or in a pool as much as we can and love going to concerts. Being from Philly, I am a huge sports fan but the Phillies and Eagles are my go to.
