Job Function: Leading packaged application team, influencing strategic decisions on product and technology selection, roadmap planning and execution. Design, development and maintenance of IT products and services. Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: To become a more inclusive leader and inspire team members. Learn and become integral part of Tokio Group by increasing synergies and cooperation between group companies. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Prashant likes to be close to nature – hiking in mountains, kayaking in local waters or spending a night under starry skies in a tent are my favorite escapades. When he is confined to his walls, he likes to get lost in books. Prashant tries to minimize his impact on environment, especially plastic waste. Prashant partners with a few charities to achieve the same. Prashant is also involved in extra curricular education. Conduct free Physics courses for college going students in summer via a charity and local library. Also participate in conduction Math, Spelling and other competitions for K12 students.
