Job Function: As the AVP of Facilities, Joe leads the corporate real estate and administration management functions for TMNAS, PHLY and TMA. He works collaboratively with the group companies to develop local physical office requirements and ensure workplace services and functionality.

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Joe would like to expand his knowledge of the Tokio Marine Group and continue to build relationships aimed at finding synergy opportunities while supporting the corporate real estate and administration functions.

Joe aims to enhance his education and relationships to be a more effective leader within the Group while supporting his team in their personal and professional growth.

Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Joe is married with a daughter who is in her Junior year at Penn State University. He enjoys playing golf, cooking and travel and supporting all Philadelphia sports teams!!!!
