Job Function: Rachel oversees day to day claim operations in the Phoenix office. She ensures office metrics are met and customer commitments are delivered on.

Goals for the Next Gen Program: 1) Network with others across the Group Companies 2) Utilize 360 feedback to develop my opportunity areas 3) Learn more about TM as an organization

Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: 1) Paint murals and canvases in my free time. Acrylic is the medium Rachel uses 2) Rachel has 2 teenagers. Her son is the oldest and my daughter is the youngest. Currently they are 17 and 14, and Rachel feels blessed because I have yet to experience the “rotten teenage years.” They are incredible kids. 3) Rachel and her husband will celebrate our 20 th anniversary in June of 2021. 4) Rachel’s favorite hobby is that she does together as a family. No matter what is going on, each week, they always make time to do something fun together.
