Goals for the Next Gen Program: Vincent is so excited to be participating in the Next Gen Leadership Program. Vince is really looking forward to growing as a leader during this program through working with an executive coach as well as having the opportunity to connect with and learn from so many other leaders across the different TM Group companies. With PURE being one of the newest TM companies, it is really awesome to have the opportunity to learn more about Tokio Marine’s corporate strategy and the different TM group companies. Hobbies/Interests/Personal information: Vince has been working at PURE since 2007 and had the opportunity to move across the Country a few times with PURE. Vince started his career in New York, made my way out West to Arizona, and now Vincent is currently residing in Charleston, SC. Some of Vincent’s hobbies include running, enjoying the Charleston beaches with his wife and dog (Macaroni  ), and exploring the amazing restaurant scene in Charleston! Vincent loves the outdoors, so he is pretty much in my happy place when he is getting out of the house enjoying some beautiful weather!
