Job Function: Managing and executing profitability and growth strategies for the Western half of the United States. Works closely with field leadership team to strategize pricing changes, catastrophe management, analyzing attritional loss issues, and identifying areas of growth.

Goals for Next Generation Leadership Program: Meeting other leaders across the various Tokio Marine group companies, improving personal leadership skills, and finding ways to improve on diversity and inclusion.
